Women Development Department

  • Women Protection Bill vetted by Law.Summary approved by Chef Minister ;
  • Approval of Rules and Establishment of the Protection Committees Under The Domestic Violence (Prevention and Protection) Act 2014  was initiated with Women Development Department  and has been approved
  • Review of the Balochistan Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2016
  • Enforcement of Women Property Rights Bill perused with Revenue Department
  • Balochistan Burn Crime Prevention and Control Bill drafted

Social Welfare Department

  • Child Marriage Restraint Bill 2023 approved by the cabinet .Will be presented in the upcoming Assembly Session
  • Disability Act Rules finalized and shared with Law
  • Transgender Policy reviewed

  • Balochistan Protection of the Journalists Bill .Gender mainstreaming recommendations.
